The Mānoa Heritage Center is a non-profit organization founded in 1996, whose mission is to promote the thoughtful stewardship of the natural and cultural heritage of Hawai‘i. The historic site consists of Kūka‘ō‘ō Heiau, a Native Hawaiian garden, Hogan House and Kūali‘i, which will one day become a historic house museum. The heiau and historic home are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Center is committed to preserving and interpreting the heiau, the Native Hawaiian garden, the historic home and the natural and cultural history of Mānoa Valley for future generations.
